About Dr. Scott

Julie Scott, MD, is a Member of the Steering Committee DOCLine, Co-director for the University of Colorado's Accreta Program, and Member of the Quality and Professional Peer Review Committee. Her medical interests include the care of women who may have complicated medical problems, advanced maternal age, previous complicated pregnancy histories including surgical interventions, or concerns for their unborn child during their current pregnancy (ultrasound and invasive genetic testing). She is in a unique position as a high risk obstetrician in that she can speak first hand to pregnancy complications in that she has personally experienced a complicated pregnancy after a long struggle with infertility. She strives to provide care that she would expect - compassionate, thoughtful with full utilization of evidence based medicine and technology where appropriate and necessary.
